Tulia ISD—in the 2A conference as designated by the UIL—serves the community with two elementary schools, a junior high, and high school. The student population averages about 1050, with an overall student-to-teacher rating of 11 to 1. The district boasts an “Academically Acceptable” rating from the state of Texas.
